Speed & Pricing
Our standard service aims to deliver within 5 working days. However, because we move over 1,000 units a month and maintain a constant vehicle presence across the country, we can often deliver within 1 day.
Our pricing is transparent and based on three main factors:
- Size of the Bike: From compact e-scooters to heavy-duty cargo bikes.
- Collection Area: Where we pick up the unit.
- Delivery Area: The final destination (including our specialist routes to Ireland and the Highlands).
Nationwide Repair & Servicing (The “7-Day Cycle”)
We offer a complete Collect, Repair, and Return service. If your bike needs mechanical attention or routine maintenance, we pick it up from your home or workplace, bring it to our specialist workshop, and return it to you fully fixed.
We pride ourselves on speed. No matter your location in the UK, we aim to collect, service, and deliver your bike back to you usually within seven working days.
Yes. We work seamlessly with insurance providers to handle the logistics and technical repair of your bike. We manage the entire process to get you back on the road as quickly as possible and ensure all insurance documentation is handled professionally.
Communication & Human Support
We keep you informed throughout the entire process:
- Email Alerts: You will receive an email 1–2 days before we arrive, and another follow-up on the morning of collection/delivery.
- Live Tracking: On the day of delivery, tracking goes live around 8:00 AM, allowing you to monitor your bike’s journey in real time.
- Driver Contact: Drivers typically call you directly as they approach your location.
Yes. Unlike standard couriers, we don’t hide behind bots or complex phone menus.

The Expert Handover
Absolutely not. Because we deliver the bikes fully assembled, our drivers provide a premium 15-minute handover.
Our trained drivers ensure the customer is confident from the first meter:
- A final visual inspection of the assembled bike.
- Basic control walkthrough (power, display, and modes).
- Battery removal and charging demonstrations.
- Minor seat and handlebar adjustments for immediate comfort.
- POD on completion.
